Definitions

Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given. Buyer refers to the individual or agency placing the order. Goods or services refer to the product(s) for which the customer has placed an order with the Seller.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of the order. If the payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the goods and no items will be shipped. The customer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept payment via PayPal. We also accept PayPal as a form of payment.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping charge is $0 for All Orders. If an item is misplaced during transport, the whole value of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to the customer by the Seller. Our shipping charge is $0 for All Orders. The Seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety from loss, damage, or destruction of the services or materials it supplies to the customer. Refund & Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned if the customer notifies the Seller within 25 days of the date of purchase. The shipping charge is not Refundable. The customer must contact the Seller by email: contact@magdor.io or through the client account webpage on the website where a return can be processed. Not all products are returnable. Cancellation

An order can be canceled up until the payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the customer is chargeable for the payment.

Complaints

Any complaints about items or the Seller must be submitted to our help team. Please email: contact@magdor.io. There is no assurance guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the Seller will be in contact.

Legalities

The Seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the customer has received the goods or services. If any damage is incurred from the items purchased with the aid of the customer, the Seller shares no responsibility. Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner’s state.
